We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties unless required to comply with the law. Your email will never be disclosed, sold or rented by the Visual Arts Center to any third parties; it is only used for contacting you. We use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your information.
There are NO refunds for classes and workshops unless the class or workshop is cancelled. Students that withdraw with written notification at least 7 days in advance of their first class will have the option of transferring to another class (if space is available) or receiving a gift certificate.
Once you place an order for tickets using our online ticketing process, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print this confirmation as your proof of purchase and as your ticket to be presented for entry to the event.
Tickets are non refundable. If we have a backorder list of persons requesting tickets to a sold-out event, we will make the names on the list available to you to contact them directly for resale of a ticket for an event which you can not attend.
Tickets are issued for a specific event on a specific date and may not be used for a different event or a different date unless a “rain” date is announced.
If for any reason an event is cancelled, we will issue a refund to all ticket purchasers.
Your full entry (payment and image uploads) MUST BE COMPLETED prior to the stated deadline for the show in order to be considered. All show entry fees are non-refundable.
